Roastery & Packaging
Our coffee is roasted in a closed-loop hot-air system. Hot air moves evenly around every bean, building sweetness, clarity and depth without scorching the good stuff. We select coffees from Colombia, Brazil, Kenya, Ethiopia, Costa Rica and Guatemala, all roasted and packed fresh.

Coffee Experience & Tasting

Before any coffee earns a place in a Rebel Barista bag, it has to prove itself.
Carefully selected green beans are sample-roasted, cooled, ground and cupped. We assess the aroma, sweetness, acidity, body, balance and finish—then test, tweak and taste again.
Whether it’s a single origin or a carefully developed blend, only coffee with genuinely exceptional flavour makes the cut.
Then and only then is it be released into the world.
